Expression of Interest is invited from reputed registered NGO/CBO/Networks for implementing the Out of School Youth Programme in Chandigarh.  The aim of the project is to inculcate safe behavior & healthy life style among the Out of School Youth to protect themselves from HIV/AIDS, prevent Drug Abuse & promote Voluntary Blood Donation.

The application form will be available at the web-site or would be mailed on request. The application may be submitted to undersigned upto 5.00 p.m. on or before 07.10.2011.In case, the day of receipt of applications happens to be a government holiday, the application will be received upto the next working day. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all the proposals without assigning any reason.

The NGO/CBO/Networks which have been blacklisted by any Government/Board/Corporation need not apply.
