ATTENTION NGOs

Applications with Project proposal are invited from interested NGOs for establishing Community Care Centre as a part of the Care and Support to People Living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHAs) under National AIDS Control Programme in the Union Territory of Chandigarh.
        NGO which is Registered Society/ Charitable Company/Public Trust/Cooperative Professional Body, has basic infrastructure and stable organization structure, active in the welfare of community development, has a true and fair track record in terms of financial side, sufficient experience, committed and professional personnel is eligible to apply.
          In addition, the N GO should have credible experience and infrastructure in the residential care of socially and economically vulnerable groups.
The applications signed by the NGO head with stamp/seal must reach the Project Director at the above mentioned address by 6th October, 2008, alongwith the following documents:
(a) Copy of the official Registration Certificate;
(b) Annual report/work plan of the last three years and audited financial report;
(c) Report on the organizational structure of the NGO
(d) Self assessment report of the NGO.
